Bear Insider Premium Now Free for Students

We realize how expensive tuition is, which is why we decided that all current Cal students can now get Bear Insider Premium for FREE. It's read-only, but hey, it's still free! Now you can keep up with all the Golden Bears sports without breaking the bank. All you need to do is register using your valid Berkeley email address (name@berkeley.edu) and once you’re validated, you're in!
What you get with Free Student Premium:
- Read-only access to all Premium stories
- Read-only access to all recruiting updates
- Read-only access to the Premium forum
- Read and post on all free forums
- No ads
- Breaking news text alerts
- Breaking news emails
- Email newsletter
How to register for a Free Student Premium account:
- If you don't have a Bear Insider account, click here to register using your berkley.edu email address and select “Free Student Premium” as your subscription.
- If you do already have an account with your berkley.edu email address, click here and select “Free Student Premium”

Anyone else having similar issues? Subscription says it is the free premium for students but can't access the premium content.

This hasn't worked for a couple weeks. I've emailed f5Sports and received no help as well. Could it be fixed?

The free premium for students cancelled today and can't be renewed, is this permanent?
